SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within one business day of receipt of funds.

Registered Air Mail (7 to 10 days delivery) with delivery confirmation, costs CA$12 for the first two items and then CA$6 for every two items thereafter. Live internet tracking is NOT available with this method of delivery.

ECI (Express Courier International - 3 to 5 days delivery) with tracking number, is an additional CA$50 per kg (2.2lb) of weight of products that you are ordering.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia. We have 100% delivery success!

ATTENTION: please note that due to the very poor service offered by the Canadian Postal Services, we STRONGLY recommend that you order the ECI shipping option with your order. If you order by Air Mail, while we guarantee we ship within 24 hours, we cannot gurantee that the Canadian Post will deliver your order on time. As such, we will not replace any orders shipped by Air Mail that are lost/delayed. For guaranteed delivery on time every time, with live internet tracking, please use the ECI shipping option at the bottom of the shopping cart.
